May we introduce ourselves?

In 2004-2005, our Board Management Software was developed within the Basel-based pharmaceutical company Novartis specifically for board meetings and used successfully within the company for several years. In 2012, the developers involved bought the software from Novartis. They gave it a facelift and optimized the functions. The software, which is available in several languages, has now been used internationally for over 20 years in companies of all sizes in a wide range of industries and has been continuously improved. The distribution of the Loomion Software is distributed by the Swiss Datalynx AG.

Loomion aims to simplify digital communication and collaboration within various committees, especially at the highest management level, for companies in all industries and to support secretarial staff in all administrative activities related to meeting management.

Loomion offers an extremely user-friendly and very secure portal for intuitive use for meetings of all kinds, especially at management level. Among many other functions, Loomion makes it possible to create and manage meetings, conduct votes, upload documents and data and comment on them, create users and assign them access rights, and localize documents with a full-text search.
