The secure exchange of all information stored on the portal is guaranteed. You choose where your data should be stored from three options.

– Store your data very securely on your company's own servers with your own infrastructure. This gives you absolute control over access to it.

– Alternatively, you can simply host your data in the Loomion Cloud in one of our highly secure TIER 4 and ISO 27001:2013-certified data centers in Switzerland.

– If you prefer to host Loomion with all your other applications in the cloud of your own Microsoft Azure environment, this is also possible in accordance with the highest security standards.

High security standard for the exchange of sensitive data: Access authorization, network traffic always securely encrypted according to current standards, 2-factor authentication, encrypted database, end devices with unique security certificate and web application firewall.

All meeting participants have access to documents and information according to the "need-to-know principle". Documents are also stored securely on mobile devices.

The platform is based on Microsoft's SharePoint technology. The software can be implemented quickly as it integrates seamlessly and easily into your existing infrastructure. Importing and exporting from and to third-party systems (e.g. Active Directory and Microsoft Outlook) is also possible without any problems.

Microsoft SharePoint can be used as a system for document management. It supports the simplified creation of documents, versioning, archiving and definable workflows.
